Acmeological Theory of Fundamental Education and Aspects of Its Realization in Psychologists Training
Basic provisions of the acmeological theory of fundamental education are presented. The definition of its subject is given general and specific acmeological principles of fundamental education are analyzed. Levels of efficiency of teachers being the subjects of educational process are identified the author gives the analysis of factors of personal growth which can take both acmeological direction securing professional efficiency, and catabolic one leading to personality potential self-blocking. Necessity of application of acmeological theory of fundamental education in training psychologists is emphasized the prospects of its implementation are discussed. The scope of pretend play usage in educational process as a means of professional and personal growth of intended psychologists is analysed.
