Abstract
The article presents a comparative analysis of foreign and domestic patterns of mentorship in higher education. Based on a systematic review and content analysis key directions have been identified, they are professional adaptation for teachers, scientific support for students, institutional patterns, psychological-pedagogical support, digital and inclusive practices, career development, and program efficiency evaluation. The findings show that domestic researches focus on adaptation and institutionalization, while foreign ones stress psychological mechanisms, digitalization, and evidence-based evaluation. These differences have been statistically confirmed. The author concludes that there is a need to integrate foreign experience including digital, inclusive, and innovative and creative mentorship to strengthen psychological content of domestic patterns and enhance their efficiency.
