Peculiarities of Personality Axiological Orientations of the «Man – Man» System Profession Members

Abstract

The paper presents the study of personality axiological orientations of «man – man» system profession members compared to other type profession members. The process of shaping axiological orientations and professional activity are inter-determined. On the one hand, attitude towards professional sphere is based on the system of personal meanings predetermined by previous experience and reportable part of this system is in the form of values and value systems professional activity, on the other hand, has an impact on the personality value system. «Man – man» system profession members are more geared to self-actualization, and seeking more active life. They concentrate on life effectiveness and self-actualization satisfaction, and strong internal locus of control. They are also totally satisfied with their life at present, which has a positive effect on their performance.
