In-Group Dynamics of Personal Growth of Cadets at the Military Educational Establishment of Internal Troops of the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Russia in the Context of Psychological and Pedagogical Follow-up Program Implementation
The results of empirical research of actualization of personal growth need of cadets at the military educational establishment of internal troops of the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Russia are considered. The analysis of qualitative structural changes in personal growth of the cadets of military institute of internal troops in the context of its development program is presented. Parameters describing aspects of personal growth and ways of their interaction chosen by the author serve as descriptors of changes. It is shown that implementation of psychological and pedagogical follow-up development program resulted in increase in systemacity and complexity of personality, qualitative changes of personal growth quotients related to the development of axiological sphere of personality.
