Author(s)
Y. V. Makarov
Abstract
A new, technological approach to psychological training is presented. Timeliness of this problem is due to rapid development of technologies, including training, on the one hand, and underdevelopment of forms and methods of technological support of psychological trainings on the other. Methodological grounds for technological approach to training are considered from the perspective of unity and struggle of opposites in technology and humanities. The author defines training as a means of psychological influence to educate, modify, and develop the person, and training technique as a set of consistent, scientifically valid modules and procedures aimed at optimizing training procedures and increasing its efficiency.
