Психологические и психофизиологические факторы применения вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий в лечении инфертильности у женщин: систематический обзор

Аннотация
Представлен систематический обзор зарубежных исследований психологических и психофизиологических факторов – предикторов успешности вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. В качестве основного метода выбран систематический анализ публикаций за 2020–2025 гг., опубликованных в электронных библиографических базах Google Scholar, PubMed. На основании критериев отбора выделено 18 статей для итогового анализа. Отмечается, что публикации характеризуются противоречивыми данными, при этом объективные психофизиологические и биохимические маркеры стресса показывают более однозначную связь с результатами, чем субъективные психологические оценки. Выявляется необходимость в стандартизации исследовательских протоколов и разработке комплексных, мультимодальных стратегий оценки, интегрирующих психологические и психофизиологические методы.
