Abstract
The essence of the study is specificity of marital conflicts in families combining family and business relationships, which poses threat to both stability of marriage and success of business. The article is aimed at examining ways to preserve family amid family entrepreneurship in the perspective of the theory of a collective subject. The empirical study conducted among small business owners (N = 92) has shown a low level of conflict in such families: most respondents never considered the possibility of divorce. It has been found that to resolve conflicts business families first of all rely on inner psychological resources (emotional bonds, shared values, and personal attitudes), which characterizes them as a mature collective subject capable of self-organization and overcoming tensions. Directions in the work to help business families harmonize family relationship have been proposed.
