Abstract
The study is aimed at revealing special aspects of labor motivation of doctors and paramedical staff of municipal clinics with the help of MILAM test. It has found significant differences in the following: a positive motive of professional growth, self-actualization, appropriate working style are more pronouncedу in doctors than in paramedic staff; negative motives of the fear of dismissal and work as it is, on the contrary, is more pronounced in paramedic staff than in doctors; a secondary motive of hope for success is significantly higher in doctors than in paramedic staff. These disparities, driven by the distinct nature and content of their work, as well as by differences in the educational and career trajectories of doctors and paramedical staff, necessitate a differentiated approach to managing these professional groups.
