Abstract
In this article we analyze the issue of optimizing preschool children's thinking development in the context of psychological and pedagogical support using a digital environment. We present the results of a study involving 143 children of preschool institutions in Kuzbass, whose average age is 5.5 years. The experimental group took part in experimental work, which included psychological and pedagogical support using the capabilities of the digital environment. We have obtained that the experimental group showed an increase in both verbal and non-verbal thinking operations after participating in the program, but a more noticeable effect was registered for non-verbal thinking. So, we concluded that the development of preschool children's thinking may be optimized in conditions of psychological and pedagogical support using the capabilities of the digital environment.
