Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis psychological and pedagogical factors and conditions for forming adaptation readiness of students. It has been found that psychophysiological readiness increases if teachers appreciate freedom as a value, while recognizing sympathy as a value reduces social and psychological adaptation readiness. Teachers’ interest in their work, friendly atmosphere, absence of tension, crave for social contacts create necessary conditions for forming readiness for quick adaptation of students. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of adaptation readiness of students are friendly atmosphere, interaction between teachers and students, systematic reflection, introspection, quasi-reflection, as well as teachers’ cooperation, compromise, and adjustment as behavior strategies in conflict situations being at a low or medium level.
