Abstract
The study is aimed at revealing special aspects of multifactorial structure of labor motivation of policlinic employees using MILAM test on a sample of 192 respondents working in two municipal policlinics. It has found that key positive labor motives for policlinic employees are good relations with their co-workers and good working environment. A leading negative motive is unhealthy psychological atmosphere, which can force a person refuse to work in a certain organization. As for secondary labor motives, avoidance of failures prevail over hope of success. External negative labor motivation prevails over almost equally pronounced internal and external positive motivation. To increase staff motivation organizational leadership should focus on creating favorable social and psychological climate.
