The paper presents the results of the empirical study of some features of value-sense sphere of university students and their aptitude for professional trainability. Herewith professional trainability means holistic mechanism enabling educational and training activities. The study of the value-sense sphere was done within the study of a sense construct system. The study has revealed such features of value-sense sphere as seeing him or herself as belonging to a particular professional community and adopting professional values. These peculiarities of sense sphere structure have been found to be related with the level of professional trainability. Portraying him or herself as a member of a particular professional community is typical for students with high level of professional trainability.
