Studying of Personal Anxiety and Motivation of Achievement of First-Year Students
The article unfolds main approaches toward studying anxiety and motivation to achievement. The authors present the comparative analysis of personal and situational anxiety, the motivation of achievement and motivation of failure escaping. On the basis of which the supposition is made concerning close interrelation of achievement.
Low level of anxiety is connected with motivation of success achievement with motivation of failure escaping. The article proves that the subjects with major motivation of success achievement demonstrate lower levels of anxiety in contrast with the subjects with dominance motivation of failure escaping.
