On the Issue of Diagnostics of Psychological Constitution of Organization Heads and Job Candidates

Necessity of productive interaction in professional diad is considered within the framework of systematic approach. Need for an HR specialist to tests psychologically staff recruited is substantiated. System of assessing psychological compatibility of a leader and a job candidate is proposed. The results of the pilot study of its efficiency are discussed.
