Psychological Aspects of Occupational Health of Young Managers During Professional Activity Adjustment

Abstract
The paper presents the results of a survey of psychological aspects of occupational health of managers – recent graduates during professional activity adjustment. The author poses his concept of ensuring occupational health and within its frame recent graduates’ adaptation and place of health in value system of young managers are considered. When adjusting to their profession those young managers who totally understand the importance of health for a long and successful career, who have well-balanced self-regulatory function of the psyche and developed communication skills show high adaptive capacity of sustaining occupational health.
