Internet Communication in the Life of People with Vision Disorders

Abstract
The article concerns the importance of the Internet communication in the life of people with vision disabilities. It describes the environment of the computer competence training for sight-disabled and partially sighted people at Irkutsk Regional College of Pedagogical Education. It analyzes the importance of criteria of subjective well-being and their priority for the sighted and visually impaired people. It reveals the dynamics of subjective well-being of people with vision disabilities in the context of the computer competence training.
