The author of the article, on the basis of the analysis of the literature, highlights, as the most important indicator and index specifications deviant teenager – violation in communications. This is confirmed by the result of реинтерпретации classifications and typologies of adolescents prone to criminal offenses. The results of the analysis of the classifications and typologies serve as the basis of the provisions that the primary deviation manifest themselves in disturbed communications adolescents. This provision is considered the basis of the author's conception of the communicative nature devation in adolescence.
