Change the picture of the world in conflict

Abstract
The article deals with the process of changing cognitive world view in the process of the conflict, discusses the implications of unconstructive behavior in the conflict, is considered the role of various communication forms and their effects on the possibility of conflict resolution, but also emphasizes the need of mediation to work effectively with cognitive pictures of the world of conflict parties in the conflict resolution process.
