Functionality of Bachelor’s Degree Students

Abstract

The results of the study of functionality of the 2–4 year Bachelor’s degree students of the Psychology Faculty at Irkutsk State University. Most 2–4 year students demonstrated optimal functionality both before and after the academic studies. These students have an optimal combination of speed work and accurate operations, which means that they have unceasing vigilance and working strain. Students with poor functionality are noted for low-speed reaction and a large number of erroneous operations while doing the task. On the basis of the study Bachelor’s degree students with poor functionality are recommended to get extensive testing and take measures to optimize his or her functionality.
