Peculiarities of facilitative ability prediction based on measured psychological lcharacteristics

Abstract
This paper represents basic results of multiple regressive analyses of variables marking personal facilitative potential indices as dependent ones. The given results prove the significance of prediction of facilitative ability parameters of empathy, certain indices of self-actualization, sense-vital orientations, facilitation experience and its orientation on education (test subjects are prospective teachers), general level of morality, some personal traits, etc.
