Abstract
The paper presents the results of empirical research of psychological factors of business partnership effectiveness. Assessment of business interaction success, satisfaction with fellow partner interaction and assessment of emotional satisfaction or dissatisfaction of this interaction are considered as measures of business partnership effectiveness.
