The article provides rationalization for necessity of learner psychological culture development in terms of requirements of basic education federal state education standards. Requirements to personality results of concentration program completing are analyzed. The author presents empirical results of the study of psychological culture components providing insight into learners’ understanding of their inner world and that of other people, ways of interacting with them, self-knowing and self-development styles, means of resolving conflict situations, being experienced or inexperienced in cooperating and conflict resolving.

The article aims at correlating personality results of concentration program completing, psychological culture components and psychology education programs realized in modern schools. Experience of national standards development of psychology teaching at school aimed at curriculum refinement is presented.
