Abstract
The article presents the results of the empirical study of the relationship of attributes of alienation and kinds of aggression in real and virtual environment in modern youth. The findings suggest that alienation in family, personal alienation, vegetativeness, and weakness are positively and significantly interrelated with auto-aggression, whereas alienation in interpersonal relations, alienation in family, personal alienation, and weakness are positively and significantly interrelated with hetero-aggression. Weakness as a form of alienation is a universal positive predictor of aggressive behavior of young people displayed in real environment (auto- and hetero-aggression). Based on the study findings recommendations for diagnostic and preventive measures have been proposed within the framework of psychological and pedagogical support of students in educational institutions.
