Correction of Intrapersonal Conflict in Married Working Women with Minor Children in the Process of Psychological Counseling

Abstract
The article actualizes the problem of developing programs for the psychological correction of intrapersonal conflict in married working women with minor children. The hypothesis, that such women have manifestations of intrapersonal conflict related to excessive desire for accuracy and punctuality, as well as a negative body image, is verified. The assumption about the possibility of effective correction of intrapersonal conflict in the process of group and individual psychological counseling is formulated. The organizational and substantive elements of the correction program aimed at mitigating the manifestations of intrapersonal role conflict were tested. As a result of the correction work, women in the experimental group showed a decrease in rigidity and a compulsive need for absolute order and punctuality, a significant improvement in their physical well-being and body image, as well as a decrease in the intensity of intrapersonal conflict.
