The paper is concerned with spirituality as an important part of vitality of counseling psychologists. The concept of spirituality has been analyzed within the framework of psychology. The author described the development of vitality and spirituality in the course of performing professional duties of counseling psychologists. A new concept of religious/spiritual well-being of psychologists has been put forward. The author suggested that some components of spirituality for efficient solving professional tasks are related to vitality of counseling psychologists. Psychological diagnosis with the help of a valid questionnaire has been carried out. The sampling of psychologists was surveyed using the original questionnaire. The correlation analysis identified positive correlations between credibility and optimism, and credibility and difficulties as a resource; which proves that fact that spirituality is an important part of vitality of counseling psychologists.
