The paper is a review of the results of the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation on the topic of “Interdisciplinary Resources of Economic Psychology in Shaping Ethno-Regional Identity and a Positive Image of the Native Land”. The focus of the conference was “economic patriotism” emphasizing traditional economic interests of the countries and lying deep in the ethnic nature of man and society. Practical orientation of the conference was the analysis of economic incentives for development of the territories and stabilization of inflows and outflows of migration in Siberia and Far East associated with the image of the native land. The themes of the conference have been analyzed: viewing various types of identity in terms of the interdisciplinary approach. Standpoints of the participants from Italy, Kazakhstan, China, and France regarding home country and patriotism have been presented.
