Features of Communication of Coping Strategies and Professional Burnout of Teachers with Different Experience

Abstract

This article presents a study aimed at elucidating the features of the connection between coping strategies and professional burnout among teachers with different experience. Analyzing the obtained results, the authors have concluded that young teachers to a greater extent the leadership are non-productive coping strategies, while teachers with a hundred-Zhem, demonstrating a high severity of productive coping strategies, however, are experiencing more symptoms of burnout. Obviously, the load, which is on teachers with experience, is higher than adaptive abilities. The authors believe that the identified results indicate the need to develop a set of psychoprophylactic and psychocorrectional exercises, games, in programs aimed at the development of productive coping strategies of teachers who will be able to minimize the impact of burnout on specialists. The authors propose an approach to solving this problem, which is to develop a program of group psychological counseling.
