The results of the study of interrelation of burnout and value system of the EMERCOM Firefighting Service officers are analyzed. Stages of burnout developing are characterized correlative relationship between system of values and each stage of burnout is described some attention is also given to the impact of burnout upon a personality. The results of the study reveal positive relation between discomfort with him- or herself and system of ethical values, with most number of relations being related to values of comfortable living and education. Explaining the pattern revealed, the authors emphasize the importance of the results for developing practical recommendations and modifying distortion of value system of the EMERCOM Firefighting Service officers.
