The paper is concerned with the study of influence that existential experience groups have on alteration of their members’ personal meanings. Leading meanings in the systems of meanings of life of people choosing existential experience groups are revealed. Theoretical analysis and analysis of empirical data lead to the idea that existential experience groups provide background for personal meaning transformation, particularly they make people more aware of their own life, of importance of life as a process, of emotional fullness of life, of capacity to control their own life, and make people satisfied with self-realization process.
