Dynamics of Indices of Self-Adjustment and Creativity of Students with Different Cognitive Styles under Psychological and Educational Follow-Up

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the empirical study of the dynamics of indices of self-adjustment and creativity under psychological and educational follow-up with regard to predominant parameter of a cognitive style. The author has shown peculiarities of psychological and educational follow-up of developing particular personality qualities in secondary professional educational institutions. The data obtained suggest that there is predominance of certain parameter poles and corresponding ways of handling the information. Some data reveal inequality of the dynamics of self-adjustment and creativity factors for different poles within the factors of field dependence – field independence and differentiality – integrity. Combination of two poles of different cognitive style parameters determines individual characteristics of perceptibility to a supporting activity.
