The paper presents the results of the study of the way the employees with different attitude to the work group view organizational culture. The employees’ view of the type of actual organizational culture in the group has been revealed, as well as sophistication of relations system within a small group. According to the results of the study the type of employee’s attitude towards his or her work group is related to his or her specific view of organizational culture. The type of employee’s attitude towards his or her work group has a certain correlation with employees’ assessment of the level of development of particular social and psychological attributes of the group seen as a collective body. There are significant differences among different types of staff member’s attitude towards his or her work group, and significant relationships between types of staff member’s attitude towards his or her work group and views of types of organizational cultures and particular attitudes within the group.
