Abstract
The article deals with the results of critical analysis of the problem connected with the essence of initial psychological and pedagogical prevention of additive teenagers’ behavior. The author considers the main directions and conceptual basis of modern preventive measures of dependence. The author specifies the problems of its arrangement and accomplishment in educational institutions.
