A review of ways to realize personal mental resources is given. Situational and supra-situational thinking is validated as a meta-cognitive means of solving problem communication situations. The use of metacognitive strategies in case of supra-situational problem character of a problematic situation is explained. Stages of realization of a person’s mental resource are described. Self-help, that means intrinsic support resulting from personal experience and helps coping with arising difficulties, plays a special role in eventfulness mechanism. Generalizing theoretical and empirical data as parameters of the sphere of positive event functioning, subjectiveness, positiveness, potential, constructiveness of measurement. and meaning fullness are emphasized.
