Psychological and Pedagogical Assessment of Performance of a Preschool Teacher at Classes

Abstract

The paper is concerned with the way of assessing performance of a preschool teacher during educational activities. Criteria meeting principles of competency-based and learner-centered activity approach to education are suggested. The table helping practical psychologists working in education orient themselves in peculiarities of interaction of preschool teachers and child care center specialists with children during classes is given.
