Psychological and Pedagogical Personality Culture of Intended Specialist and Its Development in Educational Milieu

Theoretical and methodological approaches to the concept of psychological and pedagogical culture are considered. Affinity and clash of views of psychologists and teachers on these concepts are revealed. The authors show possibility of intended specialists’ personality culture development in educational milieu of higher education institution by means of creating a system of psychological and pedagogical effects aimed at optimization of his or her adaptation process and successful functioning in academic, official, environment and future professional activity environment.
