To the Question of the Health of Teachers of Boarding Schools in Arctic

Abstract
The article presents the findings of the socio-psychological empirical study of teaching employees’ health in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. The study has revealed common psychosomatic disorders that occur during pedagogical work at boarding schools in the Arctic Russia. In the surveyed sample of teachers expressions of psycho-emotional stress, stressful conditions, chronic fatigue, lack of vitality, and professional burnout have been revealed. The statistical analysis of the data obtained has demonstrated that the labour factor and the factor of lack of vitality bear the stress burden. While a Professional burnout syndrome emerges mostly as “reduction of personal achievements” and “emotional exhaustion”.
