EDITORIAL POLICY

The editorial policy of the journal «Izvestiya Irkutskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta». Seriya «Psichologiya» («The Bulletin of Irkutsk State University». Series «Psychology») is to discuss, mainstream and disseminate modern scientific knowledge in psychology; building thematic and interdisciplinary scientific communities; promoting articles and indexing them in citation databases both in Russia and abroad.

The journal is intended for university instructors, postgraduate students, researchers, students and anyone interested in psychology.

The journal publishes review articles, academic and methodological research papers, and summary statements in Russian and English.

When using the materials published in the journal «Izvestiya Irkutskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta». Seriya «Psichologiya» («The Bulletin of Irkutsk State University». Series «Psychology») in other scientific journals, reference to the author and the source is obligatory.

The journal publishes papers that have not been previously published.

The article submitted must the requirements: relevance, scientific novelty of the research, scientific and practical importance of the results.

All papers submitted are peer reviewed in accordance with the prescribed procedure.

All reviewers are acknowledged experts in the thematic issues covered in the materials under review. The reviews are sent to the authors in electronic form and without name of the reviewer.

The materials that don’t comply with the journal subjects are not published as well as those that are prepared not in accordance with the rules of processing materials to publication.

When using the materials published in the journal «Izvestiya Irkutskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta». Seriya «Psichologiya» («The Bulletin of Irkutsk State University». Series «Psychology») in other scientific journals, reference to the author and the source is obligatory.

The journal provides maximum accessibility to the materials published in the journal granting free, full and open access to them.

All articles submitted are protected by copyright, and their use for commercial profit is prohibited.

Publication of papers is free of charge for the authors.

The materials published are available on the website of the journal, in scientific electronic library eLIBRARY, and Internet databases.

All materials submitted for publication in the journal are verified for content originality using the "Antiplagiat" system.

All the articles are published in the journal under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
