Basic Qualities of Personality Orientation of Postsecondary Students

Abstract
The paper is concerned with the study of students’ personality orientation. The differences of basic qualities of students of primary and secondary vocational education are described. The comparative analysis of the revealed personality orientation qualities of students of primary and secondary vocational education is given. Empiric method was used to determine that the basic quality of students of secondary vocational education was communication. Besides, these students demonstrated the highest level of organized nature of orientation structure among the groups under the study. Primary vocational education students reveal personality orientation and dominance of motives directed to sustaining life necessities, communication, well-being, attaining social status, which all together constitute every-day life orientation.
