Formation of Mental Wellbeing of Preschool Children and Educators at Kindergartens in a Special Pilot Program

Abstract
The article presents the results of the study aimed at increasing psychological wellbeing of preschoolers in the result of testing a special program on formation of psychological wellbeing of educators at kindergartens. The study was aimed at finding an experimental proof of the correlation between psychological wellbeing of two main subjects of kindergarten educational environment. The experiment resulted in increasing the share of children with positive psychological state, decreasing the share of children with negative psychological state of a high degree, considerable decrease of the share of children with negative and hostile attitude towards peers. The increase in the level of psychological wellbeing of educators improved key indicators of psychological wellbeing of preschool children.
