The paper presents the analysis of formation of psychological competence through modular training. In the course of the study positive changes in key manager’s psychological competence dynamics in all Kirkpatrick's model parameters were detected, they are high opinion of experience acquired in the training, objective data of knowledge assessment (assessment of competence cognitive component), and data of key manager’s self-concept.
