Technology of Formation of Business Communication Competence of Graduate Students

Abstract

The paper is concerned with the author’s opinion of the formation of business communication competence of graduate students. The author’s method of determining and fulfilling individual course of business communication training is considered. This method is based on five technological part of the pedagogical process they are the diagnostic suite being the basis for individual training and enabling to determine curriculum content at the preparatory stage and being controlling and prognostic factor at the formation stage, a set of teaching objectives based on heavy practice and gradual procedure development while preparing for business communication, audiovisual training aids and business role-playing games helping create content and social area of professional activity and students’ individual work.
