To the Problem of Labor Motivation of a Medical Institution Staff

Abstract
On the ground of literature data analysis it is has been noted that labor motivation of the healthcare system staff is mostly based on inducement of non-monetary character. The results of the author’s questionnaire survey among doctors and nurses of a hospital are considered. The aim of the survey is to study the labor inducement used in the institution, favorite inducement and general satisfaction with the labor motivation system as well as to study the influence of psychological factors on labor motivation of medical staff. The psychological factors pointed out in the article are as follows: relations with the authorities and management style, staff morale, staff awareness, significance of the job, interest to the labor content, career prospects. A conclusion was arrived at according to which generally the main psychological factor on labor motivation of medical staff is awareness of social significance of their job.
