Expert Psychological Analysis of Public Events in the Case of Halloween City Festival

Abstract
Algorithm of psychological expertise of a public event is presented. Research findings of Halloween city festival are described. The authors came to a conclusion that a festival with a lot of people attending exerts destructive influence on children and teenagers and violates № 436 Federal Act «Child protection from information doing harm to their health and mental development».
