Abstract
Discussion on the principles of public political Internet debates is far from the end, despite all the substantial materials on the subject. Specific nature of the cyberspace, which is being formed by the computer networks, determines significant dynamics of the problem. The article studies the issue on the aggression in electronic communication, its reasons and manifestations.
