Abstract
The analysis of basic philosophical, cultural, psychological, and socio-pedagogical aspects of scientific knowledge, the study of scientific activities as a creative process, its role in the personality development, development of a scientist and a student, who is seen as intended researchers, as subjects of a scientific activity. According to the analytical review scientific research of students is fundamental for scientific work development, research education in training highly qualified specialists with special attention paid to specific conditions of students’ involvement in research work. There is lack of information about efficiency of mechanisms of involving students in research work, the role and contribution of students carrying out research and young researchers to various fields of science and psychology in particular.
